IS LUXURY Real Estate has an expansive office space in the heart of Downtown Summerlin. The office was designed to be a welcoming space and hub for events and social gatherings, as well as a convenient location to do business and meet clients. The 6,200 square-foot office is located at 2130 Park Centre Drive, Suite 120.

The street-level site was a former retail location and the design concept included complete interior demolition and construction of a 2,000 square foot additional mezzanine level, making the completed space two levels. Design and planning of the space began in early 2021 and was completed in October 2022. IS LUXURY is the only non-retail space on the street level in Downtown Summerlin.

The floorplan features a luxury hotel-inspired lobby, a living room and bar area ideal for events and entertaining, 19 private office spaces for IS LUXURY real estate advisors and executives, two conference rooms, lounge areas, business center and administrative co-working spaces.

The multi-level property’s Architect of Record was Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects. Creative Vision, Project Management and Ownership Representation was led by Elizabeth Lesser of Elle Concepts. Construction management and general contracting buildout was completed by Harris Associates.
