Along with her license as a Broker-Salesperson, Juliana is a licensed Mortgage lender. Her background in mortgage lending offers her a unique perspective and skill set when it comes to understanding the different stages of the transaction process. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, Juliana was a high-end event planner throwing private events, parties and weddings for high-profile and celebrity clients. She has taken the experience gained in event planning into her work for her clients in real estate, making sure to provide the same level of care and focus in understanding and prioritizing her client’s desires for their dream homes. She has a keen eye for detail, which allows her to provide her clients with the best possible outcome for their real estate needs.

As a Las Vegas native, Juliana has spent her life growing up and living in our valley. Juliana chose to stay local for college and attended the highly esteemed William F. Harris College of Hospitality, earning a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her family has flipped houses throughout her life, giving Juliana an organic and extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas market which, she passionately employs to her clients’ advantage in finding their perfect home.
