Rozanne Sher

For more than 30 years, Rozanne Sher has dedicated her career to helping people navigate life's most meaningful transitions. Following in the footsteps of her father, a pioneer in IVF, she built one of the nation's largest private comprehensive third-party parenting programs, founded and operated their own successful agency, and authored the acclaimed Tell Your Child children's book series, empowering families to discuss assisted reproductive technologies with confidence and compassion.

Alongside her work in reproductive medicine, Rozanne has enjoyed a lifelong passion for the performing arts. With a BFA in acting and directing, she has built a career spanning stage, television, film and commercial work, bringing authenticity, creativity and connection to every role she has embraced.

Today, Rozanne is excited to begin her next chapter back home in Las Vegas, transitioning into Real Estate after an extraordinary career in medicine. Inspired by mentoring her brother, Ivan Sher, throughout his career and watching him become one of Las Vegas’ most respected luxury real estate professionals, she is proud to join him at IS Luxury Real Estate. Combining decades of client advocacy, negotiation, and relationship building with her passion for helping others, Rozanne is dedicated to guiding clients through one of life's biggest milestones - finding the perfect place to call home.
