Jaimi launched her real estate career in 2004, developing a deep foundation in high-rise sales, large-scale condominium conversions, and luxury development as a sales leader with The Mark Company, where she represented iconic projects such as Santana Row, The Infinity, The Hayes, and The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE. She subsequently transitioned her focus exclusively to luxury residential sales across Manhattan Beach and Los Angeles’ South Bay, establishing herself as a top producer with market-leading brokerages Bayside Real Estate Partners and Pacifica Properties Group.

After relocating from California to Las Vegas in 2025, Jaimi joined IS LUXURY—the top-producing real estate team in Nevada, with record-setting achievements totaling approximately $2 billion in sales over the past three years. Backed by a full-time, eleven-person operational staff and the brokerage’s proprietary Private Collection, Jaimi specializes in off-market acquisitions and discreet, confidential transactions that protect her clients' privacy while maximizing asset value.
